General
- Usually cerebellar.
- Associated with von Hippel-Lindau syndrome.

- Vascular.
- Polygonal stromal cells with:
- Hyperchromatic nuclei.
- Vacuolar cytoplasm.
DDx:
- Metastatic clear cell renal cell carcinoma.
