===Microscopic description===&lt;br /&gt;
A. The sections show small bowel mucosa with a mild lymphoplasmcytic infiltrate of the lamina propria and focal intraepithelial lymphocytes and rare intraepithelial neutrophils. No granulomas are identified. &amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
B. The sections shows small bowel mucosa with Brunner&amp;#039;s glands, a mild lymphoplasmcytic infiltrate of the lamina propria, and focal intraepithelial lymphocytes and rare intraepithelial neutrophils. No granulomas are identified. &amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
C. The sections show antral-type gastric mucsoa with mild fibrosis of the lamina propria.  There are no granuloma and no inflammation. &amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
D. The sections show normal body-type gastric mucosa. No granulomas are identified. &amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
E. The sections show esophageal-type epithelium with basal cell hyperplasia and a mild basal-predominant lymphocytic infiltrate.  No eosinophils are identified.  No granulomas are identified.  There is no subepithelial tissue present.&lt;br /&gt;

===Final diagnosis===&lt;br /&gt;
A. Jejunum, biopsy - mild chronic active non-specific jejunitis. &amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
B. Duodenum, biopsy - mild chronic active non-specific duodenitis. &amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
C. Gastric antrum, biopsy - antral-type gastric mucosa with mild fibrosis of the lamina propria, no active inflammation. &amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
D. Gastric body, biopsy - no pathologic diagnosis. &amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
E. Esophagus; biopsy - mild non-specific chronic esophagitis.&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
